Finlandia: cómo la igualdad de oportunidades para ricos y pobres ayudó a que el país nórdico se convirtiera en referencia mundial en educación
Los finlandeses conocieron el asfalto en la década de 1920. Hasta principios del siglo XX, lo que conocían era básicamente la pobreza.
Como contraste, cuando en 1909 la avenida Paulista se convirtió en la primera vía asfaltada en la ciudad brasileña de Sao Paulo, en Finlandia predominaba una economía agraria y sus primeros 14 km de autopista no se inaugurarían hasta 1963.

Técnicas para favorecer la concentración
Técnica de los dos minutos
- Material: reloj con segundero.
- Requisitos previos: estar relajado y tener la mente despejada
- Técnica: Durante dos minutos, sigue el trayecto de la aguja que marca los segundos evitando cualquier estímulo.
- Si te sorprendes distraído pensando en otras cosas, ¡Comienza de nuevo!
Técnica Pomodoro
- 25 minutos (un pomodoro) de estudio
5 minutos de descanso
- 100 minutos (cuatro pomodoros) de estudio.
15 minutos de descanso.
(se aconseja no permanecer en la silla de estudio durante los descansos)

RedShark Bikes ¿Damos un paseo por el mar en bici?
Las RedShark Bikes son un híbrido de un trimarán y una bicicleta y están ideadas para llevar el ciclismo al agua. Desde que fueron presentadas en sociedad durante la pasada edición del festival Sea Otter Europe Costa Brava-Girona Bike Show, celebrado el pasado mes de junio, este diseño ha acaparado la atención de medios de comunicación internacionales y es ahora, tres meses después de su puesta de largo, cuando se estrenan en el mercado.
